I'm looking for 2 spiral window balances for tilt windows. The balance measures 9" long 9/16" of and the 2 pins on the bottom are 7/16" apart. It has a blue tip. It appears the same as your 600 series but you don't offer that in the blue tip is this something I can get?

I ordered replacement parts (S600-30). They came and are just a little bigger around than the original part they work but my decorative plastic does not fit on the new part; tool.works great. I need the charging tool for the 27" series 600 spiral tilt window balancers.

Spring that seems to function similar to spiral balances but I cannot loosen or tighten the tension. It has a green tip and even when fully engaged with the sash, it doesnt hold the window up.
