I need the charging tool for the 27" series 600 spiral tilt window balancers.

Spring that seems to function similar to spiral balances but I cannot loosen or tighten the tension. It has a green tip and even when fully engaged with the sash, it doesnt hold the window up.

1)I was wondering if the two spiral charging tools can be used for all types of windows and spiral counterbalances? 2)What is the difference between the 75-006 and 75-033 spiral balance charging tool?

I have a traco double hung aluminum window. It will not lift due to 1 of the balances. I removed both and found that they are 2 different sizes with 2 different weight ratings.
