I have 7 windows needing new window balances the old one have 34 4 AP CALDWELL stamped on them the metal channel measures 35 inches im thinking the 380 matches this are you able to match this up from the numbers that where on the old balance thank youEddie

I have couple of vertically sliding windows that I can't get out. The problems is, when I slide the sash up, the channel balance knocks the the take-out clip out of the jamb on both sides. What can I do to remove the sash? Thanks, Jay

I have two windows that have two each of these. All four no longer lock into position, I think the tab that locks into the window frame has rusted away. Let me know which balance I need to replace all four of them.

I just removed the channel that was loose from the window. I noticed i don't have a clip on that side (which I'll need) and the string inside is twisted (assuming that's a big problem). Hopefully you can help. I need to replace balances that are not working. The measurement from metal end to metal end is 17 5/8" long and a channel width of 1/2". You may know just by giving you the window company name. 15 years ago I purchased replacement balances from the company in Miami, FL. They have since gone out of business.
