My channel balance is similar to the S350 with a top piece 19-002 and bottom shoe is 15-005. Is it possible to order this custom part?

I attached the photos of my "window channel balance". I have the same problem with 4 of my windows. I am going to order the parts for just 1 window for now. This is my test. Please include "take out clip" and "channel balance top, winged". How much is the shipping cost? How long is the shipping time ... (cont.)

The length of the metal on the balancer I am trying to change is 15, 3/4 " and I think I need the S 380 but I was not sure whether we need to order a custom made balance with that length or use the 26". Please advise to which replacement part I need for a CALDWELL 28 4 EK. The metal channel is 29" in length and 1/2" wide. The channel balance top is consistent with part 19-005. I have S370 non tilt window balances they have the aluminum sash guide 18 - 013 with hexagon studs at the top of the channels in the window. there is no Unlocking latch for balances. the hook from the balance itself just hooks into the hole into the slide channel of the window. My non-tilt jeldwen window use two balances. It has a different shoe than any I see on Swisco, in that the metal clip is at the VERY BOTTOM of the shoe.
