I have some block & tackle non tilt window one stamped 2820 measures 29inch long the other is stamped 1620 measures 17inch measures 17 inch long can I just order them by the stamped number and get them complete with the shoes?

25" Non Tilt Block and Tackle Window Balance 5/8" Stamp 24-3(closes I found) The metal is 25" long not including plastic pieces.The measures 9/16 inch. The only stamped marking is 2430K I am looking for 4 of them plus a two pcs of the picture I attached. Thanks Much! Marty

I replaced several balances that had the two metal tabs in the window track to catch the balance so I could remove the window. In the pictures attached there is only one metal catch and it seems too high to be able to help get the windows out. How do I get the balances to catch with no metal clip? ... (cont.)

Broken part , cable broken need new ones for each side. The metal part measures 29" also need 4 clips. Atrium door & window company of Arizona is the window manufacturer

When window is being opened, it tilts clockwise. I am thinking the balancers are broken and they are sliding out of track.
