18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide

I have two types of alenco block / tackle lifts - one is labeled 2730 and the other is 2740. Both are 28 inches long, 9/16" wide. The 2730 are installed in window weighing about 18 to 19 lbs. the 2740 are lifting windows about 21 to 22 lbs. Also need the top caps attached photo suffix 193, suf ... (cont.)

I need to replace two balances and sash guides in one of my master bedroom windows. The parts are shown in the attached photo. My best guess is that they are 350 series (28" long). Both top pieces (19-002?) have broken tabs where the sash guide engaged. The two sash guides (18-009?) are also cracked ... (cont.)

I need to replace both balances and sash guides on a window I am repairing. The window is non-tilting, 1/2" balances, 29" long. The stamp reads, 28 3 CALDWELL LM. Hello, I recently purchased a pair of S390-29 that worked great on one window but when I tried it on the other window I noticed that the sash guide was damaged. I need some help trying to identify it.I included some pictures as followed.

Hi Swisco, I'm looking to replace both channel balances for my bedroom window. Everything I've read suggests I need a 15-004 channel balance shoe (1 & 3/32") and a 28" channel balance (my current one says BSI 2730 on it). That particular shoe has wings. I have top shash that is broken and as the result, the balance would not stop. This part screws in on top of both side of the window. I am enclosing the picture and dimension. Thank you for helping me identifying the part.

Need replacement top sash guides for Alenco bronze windows from 1985. I have compared and measured and your part #18-009 is correct except for the color. I placed an order on June 28th in which I ordered, among several channel braces, 26 Top sash guides #18-009. Although this model of sash guides are the same width and the top screw hole is close to fitting they are not as long as I need and, as such, the second hole is not in the proper place. Att ...
