Hello, I attached parts picture to let you recognized/compare, then give me the right parts number which I can correct order. I need to replace my window channel balances on two existing windows in my condo. The plastic parts on my windows have become brittle and have broken. I have top shash that is broken and as the result, the balance would not stop. This part screws in on top of both side of the window. I am enclosing the picture and dimension. Thank you for helping me identifying the part.

My channel balances are popping up due to what appears to be failure of the plastic top cap. Need replacement top sash guides for Alenco bronze windows from 1985. I have compared and measured and your part #18-009 is correct except for the color. I placed an order on June 28th in which I ordered, among several channel braces, 26 Top sash guides #18-009. Although this model of sash guides are the same width and the top screw hole is close to fitting they are not as long as I need and, as such, the second hole is not in the proper place. Att ... Does it matter if I use a 390 series balance designed for a heavier window on a lighter window. Also my top sash guide measures 1 9/16" in length. The closest I can find here is the 18-009 1 5/16" the rest of it measures the same. Will this be a adequate replacement? Thank you.

I have selected the 18-009 top sash guide for Kinco non-tilt windows. Depth seems to measure 8/16' instead of the 11/16' in sketch. All other dimensions match. Do i have the right part?

Does the 18-009 sash guide have 2 screw holes or 1? Could you post a photo of the screw hole side? I am using this sash guide along with the 2740 channel balances.
