Can you identify and provide availability of this part off of a Plygem window?

The existing and missing is .5" x 1.25". on all windows, which are from the same batch. So the base shoes, base pins are the same. I have 2 lower sashes, 15 lb each. Can I get coils (4), base shoe (4), coil covers (4), pins (4) I have one lower sash, 18 lb. Could I get coils (2), base pins (2), ... (cont.)

I have an American Craftsman series 70. Size52x37. I need a balance coil for the left side (looking out). the coil is supported by part # 801020. Not sure what the lb. coil it takes. Will it be OK to replace just the one side? Thank you for any assistance.

The coil snapped in the middle and I need to replace it. It has writing on it #7.5 31". I suspect it is the series 165. But not sure.

I am pretty sure you have what I need, my pictures didn't turn out great, but the scan of the part number did. Both sides of the coils broke, so I need both plastic parts and coil springs for both sides. Can you confirm what I have and what I need to order. Again, I will need both left and right ... (cont.)

Two coils; one stamped 7M, the other 4. Width measures 15/32". Need 2 sets for left and right. May get 2 more for another balky window of the same make. No mfr listed. Shoe is reinstalled for now.

this is one of the balancers, the spring is stamped 7.5 31" and a number 52323.the window weighs 14.1 lbs, measured it on a scale. I believe the spring can be replaced with a 160?.I will need 4 of each part listed , just want to make sure I'm getting correct parts. parts required. 4 7.5 lb springs ... (cont.)

I'm a contractor trying to fix a window for customer, but I can't tell what size of coil balances I need. They are the type like your Series 196, but I cannot read anything off of the springs. We would like to order a pair of window coil balances for the bottom sash- including the pivot chute, coil and support. The thickness of the pivot chute is 1/2". My single hung window (approx 40w x 66h) will not stay open and coil balances and one pivot shoe (broken) need replacing. Each side has two coils one numbered 6 and one 7. See attached photos. I have BF Rich Cabernet window that I had replaced in December of 2011. The spring that connects to the right balance shoe needs replacing. I HAVE THIS COIL BALANCE, THAT IS STAMPED 7. IS IS A SINGLE BALANCE BUT THE COIL FITS RIGHT INTO THIS SHOE.
