Aluminum window channel balances
Hi, the channel balances on a single hung aluminum window has failed. Based on your parts identification guides and steps, I believe the correct replacement parts would be 17 inch series 351 option 1620 - the window weighed 8.6lbs, no markings visible on the failed balances. top sash guide and balance pairs
Hi, I am looking for the correct top sash guide pairs. These look to be directional. My channel balance is stamped 1640 and measures 17" metal to metal. I think they are S390-17. vertical window slides
We have (3) vertical sliding windows. Each one has a 1610 on the left and a 1640 on the right. The metal slide is 17" long on both. The 1610 spring is 5-3/8" and the 1640 spring is 6". This house was built in 1982. The only marking is '1610' stamped on the backside near the bottom. The spring was broken and I don't have it with me. I think I tossed it. Thanks!

Stamped with part no 2430Al channel is 25" long. Hook is broken off the end of the spring. Need entire assembly or just the spring?And I have another pair stamped 1620 with an AL channel length of 17". This is the 1620 but they look the same.

Two channel balances
The first three pictures are 25" x 1/2 (2440) , the last two are 17" x 1/2" (1630). Before purchasing I saw several that looked alike and I want to make sure its the right ones before purchasing .
