Hello, Due to lack of stock, some of the channel balances meant to support lighter windows are out of stock. If I purchase ones that are meant for heavier windows, will it have any negative impact? Hello. I was trying to find two of the springs in the photo. Not sure if they ever had wings or not as they could have ground off. I would need 2 of these '2640'. Looking on your site I see two possible item that looks right. s351 or s390. Where do I measure to determine which balance I need.

Hi, I'm looking to replace these Channel balance, and I've narrowed down the option to the 27" SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE - but I'm not sure of the weight/stamp option. Can you confirm which option I should get? (27" metal channel, 1/2 in wide, and shoe is 1" deep. Thanks!

Window channel balance, the window is about 30" and the channel balance is 27" with half spring and half chord. the foots are plastic and there is no identifying numbers on any of the channel balances. On the top of the spring side, there's 4 dots on the side of the metal on each side. The brand is ... (cont.)

I need four 27 inch channel balances. The number printed on the balance is 26 4 LO CALDWELL as you can see in the photo. It's the 1" bottom shoe. Do you have those?
