I have removed the failed balance from my mother"s window. It measures 29" x 1/2". I have selected your product code S351-29 as the replacement balance(s). How can I be sure this is the right choice? There are no visible stamping on the old balance channel.

One balance broken. Other side likely to need replacement. Another window balances same size probably should be replaced.

I think I need an S350-29, but I want to be sure.These will go into an All Seasons window. Thank you, David

I have a window that needs a 29" SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE. It is same high 29" but it is wider that the others (they use same sash guide and shoe). The code on the side says 2890 36 but in your site the higher you have is 2860. What can I do???

Hello. One may be newer than the other, but one is printed 28 1/4 3 Caldwell CM, the other is stamped 2840. I don't see any numbers on the plastic ends. Metal channels are 29" long, 5/8" tall, 1/2" wide. The plastic end on the bottom is exactly 1" thick. My scale says the window is 18 lbs. ... (cont.)

Need replacement balance 28 4 ENGLISH Caldwell

Our house is 20 years old and the existing balance is stamped "28 4 GP Caldwell." I'm looking at the 390 in 29" with the 2840 weight option. The bottom shoe on two balances measures 1 1/16" so I'm inclined to go with the 15-001 shoe, assuming it has worn a bit and if it binds, I can shave it down. ... (cont.)

I have a singe hung window non tilt that the channel balances are bad. Also there is a plastic (sash glide/stopper) located at the top of each window that prevents the channel balance from passing. The identification marks found on the channel balance is 28 3 HL caldwell.

I have a Jordan window. It has 28 3 CALDWELL HM stamped on the side of the channel base. It measures 1/2 inch wide by 29 inch long. The window including dram measures 33 3/4 inches. From the enclosed picture can you help me with a channel replacement and metal clips.Thank you

I bought a house with some windows that do not have balancers. The window glass is about 23" and the distance between the top balance hole to I think you call it a Yale catch is 23". Looks like a 1/2 " wide balancer would fit. I don't know if the top holes should have clips or not since they don't. ... (cont.)

the metal part is 74cm (a little bit more than 29 inch) long, 1/2 inch wide and 5/8 inch deep. I need 5 pieces. Thanks!
