S351-29 29" Series 351 Channel Balance

The windows were made by Kinco in a home built in 1986 in Florida. I know I need several 2810 window balancers, but I'm not sure which one. Also, the part number for the sash guide / cap. Please see attached photos...

Please advise which29" series 351 channel balancer I need for a sash approx.29"high and 46"wide.Is it a Viking balance fx2830 or 2840.The internal spring length is 2830 18" and spring of 2840 is only 16,5". Hi Guys, Thank you for having a place that identifies what is needed for replacements. I have attached pictures of the top and bottom attachment pieces. There are no flanges on them. Channel balance is 29"x1/2" with 2820 stamped on it. Looks like it most closely matches your S351 except my shoe and top are white. Please advise. Thanks, John

I believe I need the S351-29 but the markings on the broken one don't match the ones you have listed. 28 2
