good day... I am needing some parts for gapco windows. This house was built in 1987, so I assume that is the year the windows were made, or thereabouts. I have studied your different parts for different series of Gapco windows and I am quite sure that the windows are series 385.

Please help me identify my channel balance. The metal parts are 27" x ½". I believe that it has 19-005 and 15-005. It has "26 4 BW CMC 4" printed on it.

The channel bar on my Norandex window popped out. It looks like I need a new sash guide and a new channel balance top guide. I need balances for 8 windows, they measure 34 inches (just the metal) and have the attachment as noted in the photo. The windows are large, single hung, no tilt, shashes measure 44" wide, 36" tall, double glass. I think they weigh about 35-30 pounds. The Balance has a stamp of "33 DS 38" on it. ... (cont.)

My neighbor here in Land o Lakes, FL, said he solved his window problem with Swisco's Series 380 balance (587156). But the top of my balances looks different than the top of your S380. What do you suggest? The homes are only ten years old.

I have a window balance that is broken and needs replacing. It is a true 1/2 inch channel width, and appears to have a 15-003 shoe and a 19-005 top. It is 28 inches long, and stamped with 2730. I need to order these window sashes

I have Milgard windows and need new balances. The old ones have an ink stamp that reads 14 2 DT CMC 2. They are 16 inches long and it looks like the 19-005 top matches along with 15-005 shoe. Which balance would work? Thank you, Curt

Hi there, I am trying to replace a spring channel balance for a non-tilt sliding window. The channel is stamped 2640 and measures 27" long by 1/2" inside width. Please quote on two Swisco Series 380 single hung non-tilt window balances. I have a 19-005 top and a 15-005 bottom foot. The metal channel is 9/16" x 5/8" x 11" long.
