19-005 Channel Balance Top, Winged

I think I need 32" Series 380 Channel Balance parts. I am not sure they are Series 380, but it looks like they have the right top and shoe combination for that part (19-005 and 15-005). i ordered some parts some time ago but I cant find the order. i need more of the same. it was 29" balance with top 19-005. and shoe 15-001. the sash i dont remember. help

Hi Am getting frustrated. Mid 1980's Milgard single hung window, need to replace balancer SPRING in item stamped 2340C. Unsure of Foot descriptions. Your 1905, top attached looks similar. Can ya help me, please? Thanks, Anne

I'm not sure which balance I need for a Caldwell 28 4 CO. I think it would be 19-005 top, but not sure on the shoe. Maybe 15-005? so Series 380? Please see included photos. It is for 29" length and 1/2" width.

The number stamped on the channel is 2630. 1/2" wide 27"long. I need 4.

I have a broken spring balance for my PGT window. I have managed to extract the broken balance and taken some photos. Based on your web site I think it matches your Series 395. It seems like the balance top guide broke and popped out and balance rides up the channel. When I push down on balance, I feel spring tension, so I probably need a new unit. Unit is marked 3650, but cannot find a photo on your web site. Is this unit available. Thanks Frank H

Hello, I have 20lb Milgard non-tilt-out windows. I believe I have identified that I need S385 with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. Which of your products would I use? The 2960 is a single spring balancer. See attached photos thank you.

I believe that my balance uses a 15-002 Shoe and a 19-005 Top. It is 28" in length. There doesn't appear to be an option for a balance with these shoes preinstalled. What do you recommend?\\Thanks
