Looking for replacement Atrium Sash window channel balance. Original part has markings '16 3 JW CMC 7' as shown in picture. Can you provide me with the proper replacement part number?

Hello, I need replacement balances for windows at a new place. All my windows are S380 but with 15-029 bottom shoes My window balances are: 24" stamped 2310 W : Need 4 24" stamped 2320 W : Need 2 30" stamped 2910 W : Need 6 37" stamped 3620 W : Need 6

I need to order some replacement balances

I attempted to order 2-S380-37 with different bottom shoe(15-029 7/8" depth) but there was no place to put the note concerning change on the bottom shoe.. stamping on channel is:3650 BSI..sill weight is 34lbs.....

The balance length is 18" and the spring strength code stamped on the side is 1710. I've looked at tops and shoes in your catalog. The closest shoe seems to be 15-004; the closest top seems to be 19-034. But I'm not so sure on either of those, especially the top.

I need (2EA) 28B or 2820 channel balance with 19-005 top and 15-029 shoe. Please let me know what costs would be. Thanks Jon

I am looking to order (4) balances with a 15-029 shoe. The length of the balance is 28-1/2" and they are marked with a 27-1/2 3.

I need two window guides for Alcan bottom sashes, please. The guides are 24 inches, and the sash weight code is "h 2310." The bottom shoe is 7/8 inch, not 1 inch. 1. Are your series 29" 380 channel balancers a direct replacement for my old Viking windows? My units have the # 2830 S stamped on them. Metal length is 24 inches. In need of 4 balances. It looks like your series 380/385, but my bottom shoe measures 7/8 inch. Not 1 or 1 3/32. This is custom?

Would this be a custom balance due to the shoe, or could a series 380 with a 1" shoe be used?

I got the balance springs in and it's really tight. It's sort of chewed up the lower section. Maybe I need the other smaller ones. I ordered S380 Also ? do you guys sell weather stripping that goes at the bottom?
