S380-26 26" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm trying to figure out if the 26" S-380 is the right part. The fitting measurements match what's listed. My part is stamped as 254, and the metal part is about 25 1/2" long. Is the 26" S-380 2540 the right part?

I need to order two channel balances for my window. The piece is 22 inches in length (not counting the plastic ends). The code on the side is 25 5 DV CMC 2.

I have 2 lengths of channel balances that need to be replaced; both have a channel depth of 1/2"; both ends are winged. The 25-4 is 26" long & the 27-3 is 28". Please tell me the correct replacements to order.

I have 26" window balances. One of the balances has what looks like a part number. 25 4 FU CMC 4. The steel measures 26" from end to end not including the plastic. I hope this helps and your able to identify the balances. Thank you, Paul
