There is a "25 4 FN Caldwell" Stamped on the side. The metal portion is 25 7/8" long. These were installed in new windows in 1994. I need 4 of these and instructions on how to install them. Thanks

I had one of my channel blocks' line break and need to replace. Are these available through Swisco, or is there another provider of them? Also, should I replace the other channel block as well so both are the same? Thanks!

I have a broken channel balance. The length of balance metal part is 26 inch. The width of each shoe is ~1 inch. The writing on balance is "25 3 DX CMC 11". What balance do I need. My window is not tilt. Also if the balance is not correct what is your return policy?

The metal channel is 26" long. Can you also advise the approximate weight of window. The window is 33 and 1/4" wide x 28 and 1/4" height.

UNIQUE 25-D-40 is wrritten on the channel. The channel itself is 26" long, NOT in cluding the plastic ends.
