I am trying to find this particular balance for a customer. It is 20 1/8 inches long, and 1/2 inch in thickness and width. I would need 4 of them.

I was wondering if you have any replacement sash balances along with 2 additional clips for double hung tilt windows.

These are for Republic Windows out of Chicago, IL. It's a tilt window, plain channel and looks very similar to your 770 series except at the top. We have 3 windows where the piece at the bottom of the balance, the blue piece in the pic, has broken and thus the balance does not hold the window up. Tilt-in double hung windows, most likely from Home Depot, although origin is unknown as I am the second owner of the house. Balancer mounts to inside of window casement by a 'hook'.
