Hello I have some window channels I want to replace. They are 29 inches long of just the metal. It has a marking that is printed 28G. One of the pulleys is marked 265-1. I am wanting to replace 4 of these. Thank you

Hi, I could only download 5 pictures. The length of the metal part is 29". The balncers has stamped on it 2840 BSI This is a single hung window 37 x 63 with laminated impact glass. The window was made by Florida Extruders International whi is no longer in business.

I ordered 4 pair of 28F balance rods. The old rods had ""28F" stamped on them just like the new rods but they don't look the same. Could I have ordered the wrong part from you guys?It also seems they are not the same length even though they are both 28F. If these are indeed the same part for a no ... (cont.)

the only stamped marking on the balance rod is "28D". I need to order 4 of these items.
