S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Good day. I am not sure which series to select to replace balancers on 10 windows. The only mark on existing balancers is 22E. Can you please help. Thank you.Ivan

The channel balance I ordered (S380-29) are too deep for the window. Need 1/2 by 1/2 by 29. In the process of ordering it, I was only asked to measure the width. I would like to exchange for proper size. Thank Laura

I need some new spring balances, but am not able to decide on the the correct ends. I need two versions of a type 60 window balance, and the metal for both is 29" long. Item is stamped Unique 28-c-30 4-21-96 not sure if it is 28 or 20 measures 29" metal u channel is 1/2" wide bottom end measures 1" of plastic on flat side of channel top plastic is 1 1/4" showing on U side of channel wings of plastic is 1" wide

The metal piece measures 29". I think I know what part it is but when I went to order the parts it ask me what options I need. Not sure on the options.
