S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello - Thank you for developing an efficient method to order the CORRECT parts and for the great do-it-yourself video. I did notice my rods have a white string attached to the bottom clip which I did notice when watching the video so am a little concerned about that detail.The rods are 29" long / a ... (cont.)

1) is 20" long (just the Steele channel) and has this on it: 19 5. Caldwell JM 2) is 29" long. (Just steel) and has 2840 bsi AL

my rail measures 29" X 1/2" but there is a stamp on it reads 28B

on the metal it has, O B 28B, not sure what one to get from you. tia, kenny

Need 6 29" metal plus plastic end pieces, strings, pulleys and springs, 14" spring plus 3/8" spring hook each end, 14 3/4" total length of spring. Stamped code on channel 28D USB. Also need 4 23" metal plus plastic end pieces, strings pulleys and 10 1/4" spring plus hooks, 11" total spring length ... (cont.)

Need 6 29" long x 1/2" x 5/8" channel, 28D USB stamped on channel. String and pulley and spring, 14 3/4" spring end to end including hook.

Would like to know if S380-29 Will work in place of 28c usb

Hello, I need to replace my channel balance and I see you're the only company that provides them with the shoes attached. I'm not super handy so that's a big help. Find my pictures attached. Need to purchase 2 pair of 1/2" channel balances for 2 non tilting windows. Channels are 29" long and have 2820 stamped on them. Windows were installed in early 80's. The metal tube measures 29 inches. I figured the 28 4 as marked on the tube meant 28 inches but the metal tube is 29"

I'm trying to replace these two channel balances. I just want to verify if S380-29 option 2850 an 2830 are the correct balances? also can you recommend sash guides for these channel balances for aluminum sashes. Thank you.

Looking for replacement balances for my windows. I was able to find 28B stamped on one of the balances. Metal length is 29"

the overall dimentions of the window is 51.5" wide 60" high the channel's only stamp is (28c) not sure on the weight load

Need top sash guide 1 1/2" long. Need channel balance 29" long with top 3/4"x1/2" & shoe 1"x1/2"x1". Only markings on balance 28D USB. For use in Florida Extruders Milestone series 1000. Thanks for help.
