I was trying to replace the channel balances and one of the silver clips became bent up and unusable. And I want to make sure I'm using the correct balance as well. Thanks:)

the overall dimentions of the window is 51.5" wide 60" high the channel's only stamp is (28c) not sure on the weight load

It's a 29 inch metal channel that appears like 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. The stamp on the channel is 28 5 HR Caldwell. Will this correspond to 29" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE with 2850 option? on the side of the broken window channel balance it is stamped 28 3. does that mean that the correct replacement part is 2830?
