S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Hello I am in need of a couple window chanel balances. I have verified the length is 29 inch and the stamp is ur 28f. I think I need a S380-29 2860 option. Can you please confirm.

Broken part the only number provide on hardware is 2830

the channel is 29", spring is about 14", window is single hung lifts up and in to remove window. installed around 1997.

28"C USB markings. Needs to have a flat shoe facing the window channel. 385 was to bulbous and would not allow the window to seat in the bottom track in order to lock. Pictures on website are not clear as to amount of width of shoe. Please review and advise as to correct model.
