Hello, I need a replacement for a balance stamped with 28 4 LW CMC 11. The balance is 29" long. The bottom shoe has a 1" depth. The window sash weighs 19 lbs. Thank you! Brian

the channel is 29", spring is about 14", window is single hung lifts up and in to remove window. installed around 1997.

28"C USB markings. Needs to have a flat shoe facing the window channel. 385 was to bulbous and would not allow the window to seat in the bottom track in order to lock. Pictures on website are not clear as to amount of width of shoe. Please review and advise as to correct model.
