Home is 25 years old. Windows are double hung aluminum frame. I am looking for 8pcs (4 windows) as well as clip that holds balance to remove window from frame.

2004 Home. 29" in length. #284 on the balance. I assume this is a Product Code: S380-29 ?? Thanks.

Channel is 29 inches long for just the metal, the Block and tackle section fell out as I was removing these as they were broken, need to know what replacement I should buy. I've done plenty of spiral balances in my homes. This is the first channel.

The window in a rental broke....origial window from NuAir. It is 1/2" wide and 29" long. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your help! I need 4 balances. They're for 2 different windows, they seem to be identical but 2 say "28B" and 2 say "28D". Photos attached!

Trying to identify the correct part. The only stamp on the channel is 28F. The metal channel is 29" long. The width of the channel is 1/2" or just short of 5/8". The end plastic piece is 15/16".

Rail is: 29 inches.stamp on rail is: 28D

The balance is marked "28 5 DL Caldwell" as shown in one of the photos. It's winged on both ends. Can you help me make sure I order the right part please?I also weighed the sash using a bathroom scale. It's around 35-36 pounds.Thanks!Scott

Kinco non-tilt single hung windows. Aluminum. Balance is corroded and broken. Balances marked "28 3 HT CMC 4" I've bought top sash guides for these windows from you in the past. This is the first time a balance has broken.
