I needs replacement challer balancers BCI2940,along with top window sashes and window stopers

Please help me to order the correct part. Length is 30 inches. Thank you.

A repairman took the balances out and now I'm told that can get replacements. I called and asked for numbers off the old parts. The numbers they gave me are 08K03 and 2950. Can you Identify replacements with these numbers and are they in stock? Thanks for you help in advance. John S ... (cont.)

2950 30" 1/2" wide A04 and B04 Nair window

My my windows are 20 years old. Some of the balances' cords are broken. Some springs are frozen and many of the plastic parts are broken on the balance top, bottom and also on the window guides. I believe I have a 30" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE. Not sure of the stamp but took a pic. Let me know what you think I need.

I need to know the part numbers for the top sash guides and channel balance top winged pieces based upopn the enclosed photos and informaton below. Looks like I have Kinco windows, I figured out I need the sash guides, but I need balance's too. I have included some pics. I couldn't find a stamp on it for the lb of pull.. they are 30" long. Can you ID it? Thanks! Walt

I need some assistance please. I am trying to fix a window. These are the original balances. My father went to a window shop and was given 30 x10. Even after I replaced the broken balances the window is still very heavy and will not stay up. I do not know if I should get new balances and try again? ... (cont.)
