S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have determined that I need a series 380 window balance. My current one is on a Harcar window. It has stamped on it "29C", followed by the letter "Z". I am assuming that it would correspond to a 2930 option. Would this be correct? The sash weighs approximately 19 pounds. Thank you. ... (cont.)

I Have in my cart S380-30 and S380-35 but my plastic piece at bottom of the balance measures 7/8 not one inch and I read some comments that I may need 029 (from Memory) on bottom and you have to make up. Hi, I need to replace the balances and clips to hold the balances inplace (top sash guide?) on two Jordan windows. The only markings I could find were on the balances (29 5 GX CMC 11). Alcan non tilt window. Channel balance stamped with 2910 W Need help with the ends!

I am looking for parts for Kinco windows. The balance on 9 windows has popped up out of the channel. One is missing the lower sash no idea where it is. Hello, The house is 20 years old and has non-tilted windows. The metal part is 30 inches long. The top guide has wings on both sides and maybe the 15P142 based on some of my reading. The bottom guide measured one inches long front to back with wings on both sides and could be the 15P104 based on so ... (cont.)

I ordered balancers and they are not the right size. I put the old one next to the one I received. The new one the white part on the bottom is larger. So the window will not close because it is too wide.
