Please help me identify what I need. This is from a impact window. The sash is about 36 lbs. the metal part of the rod is 30". The rod is stamped 29DS 38 BSI. I will need 6 of these. Thank you, Joe

Hello, The house is 20 years old and has non-tilted windows. The metal part is 30 inches long. The top guide has wings on both sides and maybe the 15P142 based on some of my reading. The bottom guide measured one inches long front to back with wings on both sides and could be the 15P104 based on so ... (cont.)

I ordered balancers and they are not the right size. I put the old one next to the one I received. The new one the white part on the bottom is larger. So the window will not close because it is too wide.

Balance is 30 inches long and 9/16 wide it is stamped 2940 at the end. I have attached some pictures of the ends. I need to know which one I need to order. Also I have a picture of a plastic piece that attaches to the window. I need to know which part I need to order

Please help with determining Part for Replacement Balance(s): 29 3 HT CMC 4 is stamped on the balance, and you'll see the top and foot don't look exactly like those you sell. I need to replace single hung, non-tilt ,block and tackle window sash balances. Old part has 2940 BS1 stamped on it. Channel width 1/2", length of metal 30",channel depth 5/8". Both top and bottom shoes are winged. Your series 380 has the correct top shoe (19-005) but my old bottom winged shoe only ... (cont.)

Want to replace all my window ballast in my home but don't know the series. Windows are about 28 years old, Harcar windows. Stamped number on this window ballast says 2920? The metal length is 30" Thanks, Ken Removed another ballast that says 1720, the length is 18 inches
