S380-30 30" Series 380 Channel Balance

I measured 30" x 1/2". Which model I need?

I sent this yesterday but think I gave a wrong email address.The piece is 30'" metal tip to tip and is a 1/2" wide

I don't know which sash guide is a good match? I also need a couple balance springs too. They are 30 ". From metal end to metal end. The plastic ends are not included in the length.

The part is 30" metal to metal, 1/2" wide. Non tilt window. Any help would be appreciated. Plan on buying 12 pieces and want to make sure I order the correct ones.

I need to replace S380-30 balances for my windows. Not sure what weight option I should choose. I have enclosed a picture of the stamp on the existing balances. I have ordered balances and various parts for my aluminum single hung window in the past but am not sure on this one.

I am looking to order 6 of the 30" 29-9 channel balancers with the plastic ends as shown in the photo. I am having trouble finding them on your site. Please let me know if you need any additional photos or info. Thank you!

I would like some help identifying the correct channel balance and sash guide for my window. I have non-tilt windows, the channel balance is 1/2" wide and 30" long, and is stamped 2930. I believe the sash guide I need is 18-161. It is 1 3/4" long, and the other measurements seem to match those lis ... (cont.)

The rod is 30 long and 9/16 wide. Both sides are broken. I looked on your site and cannot figure out which 30" series is right.

The items that you sent me had the perfect ends on them if I give you the stamps on the rest of my rods can you match for me?

Hey, I have part S385-24 in my cart. Can you make sure I have the correct part please. I also have some 2950 to get as well, they have the same ends. Metal is 30 inches in length

Hello. I have a home built in 2007 and have 4 windows now that will not stay open all due to broken weights. The one pictured is 1/2"wide and 30" long and that is from end to end on the metal. Stamp reads 29-2 bsi. Channel measures 1/2", metal measures 30", bottom winged shoe measures 1". Window measures 23 1/2"x 32 1/2". Pictures included are for this window only.
