Part number on sash rod 2930 BSI 30" metal rod.

This is the original Chanel balance. Can You match this with a product number in your stock?

I need to replace the pgt spring balancers. Balancer is 30" in length. 9/16" wide

Per the label on the window these are ALC-1 Alcan windows. Both channels do not stay in place. They tend to drop down. The one channel has a broken string. I'd like to get two new channels. The code on the channels is 2920-0. The channels measure exactly 31 inches including the plastic clips on each ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement balance. I can find the size, 30", but the top and bottom pieces aren't matching. Is this a special order? Thank you,

I need 8 pairs of these balance. The part number is showing in the picture. They show different numbers, but they all actually look the same to me. The two plastic ends look the same. Can you help me to identify which part I need to buy? Thanks a lot!

I am looking for 4 - 30" window balance Non tilt window

Window brand. Norandex. Clips have broken on all windows allowing balancers to pop up on side track of windows. I am not referring to clips attached to balancers. Do I need to replace balancers that appear to be fine and just reinstall with new clips as shown in photo?

You can see the front and back of each end of the plastic clips. The number etched into the track is 2910. Measuring it metal track end to metal track end it is 30" I have some tracks in my checkout cart already....I THINK I have the correct ones but I'd rather you tell me which track I should order ... I don't know which sash guide is a good match? I also need a couple balance springs too. They are 30 ". From metal end to metal end. The plastic ends are not included in the length.

I need to replace S380-30 balances for my windows. Not sure what weight option I should choose. I have enclosed a picture of the stamp on the existing balances. I have ordered balances and various parts for my aluminum single hung window in the past but am not sure on this one.

I would like some help identifying the correct channel balance and sash guide for my window. I have non-tilt windows, the channel balance is 1/2" wide and 30" long, and is stamped 2930. I believe the sash guide I need is 18-161. It is 1 3/4" long, and the other measurements seem to match those lis ... (cont.)

The rod is 30 long and 9/16 wide. Both sides are broken. I looked on your site and cannot figure out which 30" series is right.

The items that you sent me had the perfect ends on them if I give you the stamps on the rest of my rods can you match for me?
