I am trying to install new sash window balance. My current one has markings saying 27 4 FW CMC 4. Which part number should I choose?

I have need for replacement counter balances on my Jordan windows non tilt. They all appear to have the same counter balance of 9/16" wide and the metal part is 28" long.The only numbers I can find are 27 9 and then CV horizontal stamp and then BSI vertical. I have this window balances stamped 2730 BSI, where can I find 4 sets of them with all the parts (including the Standard Guides) to fix 4 windows I have?

I need to replace this balance but having trouble identifying which is the proper replacement. The only stamping in the balancer is "27C". There is not stamping or labeling on the window sash, or jamb anywhere that can be found.

Hi, my window sliding mechanism malfunctioned due to one of the pulleys giving out. I need help ordering the correct replacement slider. Stamped on back is 2740 BSI OR (see picture).

The long part with a spring and is 29'' long keeps the window up?

Just want to make sure I am ordering the right parts. I have several windows that use the pictured part. The metal casing measures 28" and 27 3 is stamped on it. Channel Balances came from an Alenco window There is a stampede marked # 2730 28" long 1/2 wide I need the left and right Thank you I'm advanced

The number 2710 is stamped on the side. I need 4 balances.

Trying to find the right replacement. The channel is 5/8 but I assume 9/16 is what I need. It is 28" long. You will see stamp on photo is 2790__30 with B.S.I. and OJ on it.

I need 16 balances but I'm getting any where with the number that was given to me from a email I sent with pictures. I think I need the 2750 ones but not sure one person at your company says I need the the 850 series so I do not know what is what here.

A customer has a window with the balances out. The top attachment on one is broken. The bottom of the other is broken. Your video explains install, but I need parts. Can you identify this model from pics?

On one small window Balance its printed 2740F and on another high windows its printed 3420. Both balances are 28" long, the metal part.

It appears that the balance on many of my windows is not working properly. My hopes is that by replacing the balances on many of these windows, that it'll save me having to buy new windows. Can you confirm the part that I need for this model? See images. THANK YOU!!!
