Hello My spiral balance are 9/16 red top non tilt. The attachment at bottom of sash is missing. The rub block is still on top of sash. 24" tube length. What do I need for attachment at bottom of sash? Thank you!!!!

Hi, I have some single hung windows in a house I just bought that have the following numbers on the tag: DH-R30 MST 4080 Series 300/700/2300/2700. I don't see any removal clips like my old windows had. Is there a way to remove the moveable and the fixed sashes? Thanks.

Hi, I need to replace some spiral balances on non-tilt aluminum windows. The ones I'm taking off are green tip, 9/16, 24". When going to order replacements on your site, I note that you do not offer that size in green. Which one would you recommend? tx Donald

I believe I am missing the bracket that the spiral balance locks into under the sash. They are non tilting metal windows. The spiral balance matches closely to the 5/8 in 500 series with the small butterfly clip at the bottom. i tried to capture the underside where I think the bracket should go. ... (cont.)
