The t-lock balance show, close cam is busted on all 4 channel balance rods. I would like to replace all 4 block and tackle balance rods. THE bottow window rods ar 16" and the top window rods are 14".

I have 16 in aluminum window balance that is 9/16 diameter with a white plastic tip. I need 2 of them to replace.Pictures are included.Thanks Charles

just installed 2 new balances and the window only stays open about 10 inches what did i do wrong?

Hi, I dont know what kind of windows I have. I am looking for hardware for them. The spiral balance is 5/8 x 16" long, red cap. This comes from a 30+ year old vinyl double hung window. I can find absolutely NO manufacturer's name anywhere on the windows or frames. All of the windows were installed when I built the house and the spiral balances and pivot blocks are all failing. I need help.

I'm replacing some window ballasts, and I feel like I'm replacing them all the time. I'm wondering if I have the right ballasts. The ones I'm using are white tipped, 16" tube. I have 11.5 lb windows. Is there a different strength ballast I should be using?

To whom this may concern, I went to a Home Depot and they told me this was a Simonton window part. They could not order this part in and told me about you guys. I need a replacement "balance" for the other side of a window, in order for the window to stay open. Thanks, Greg

I need a spiral balance 16" blue tip, what is the part number?

I have several Tilt windows with Series 600 Spiral Balances That are 5/8" tubes 16" long and white tipped.Many of these are not working. I weighed the windows and they weigh about 12 1/2 lbs. Should I consider using the red tipped balances instead? Thank You Paul

Hi, I'm trying to purchase new spiral balances. The old ones I just removed are both white tip. However, the window sash weighs 11.5 lbs. Should I purchase red tip replacement sashes instead? Thanks for your advise. Nate
