S900-22 22" Series 900 Spiral Balance

Our balances are 22" long in a tilt window. The tube is 3/8" and the stop color is green.

I have sixteen 21.5 in balancers that need replacing. Picture attached.

I'm looking for this window balance, it is 22" x 3/8, but I can't find it with yellow tip.... I also need the other piece

I need to replace two, 25" and two, 22" balances and the corresponding shoes. I've looked at your various parts, but I can't figure out which ones to get. The balances appear to be 3/8" diameter. Attached are photos. Can you ID which parts I need? Thank you very much.

Vinyl casing, 22 inch length is 1/2 inch diameter and coil inside is ?". Not sure if side makes a difference, but left side spiral seems to be broken within the vinyl casing. Can you help me identify the parts on these older double hung vinyl replacement windows? Please review the attached pictures the spiral balance has a red tip and the metal tube section is 22 inches long. They will need to be replaced as well. These windows are vinyl replacement windows not really sure there are no markings on my parts that I removed. Thank you for all your help.

The metal tube of the balance is 22 inch long, the plastic on the end of the tube looks white and the tube appears to be 6/16.

The spiral rod broke off from the metal sleeve. There is a red tip, and the metal sleeve measures 22inches. It looks like the shoe is fine.

Window made by Thermal Industries model DGT 51 installed in July of 1995 - yes, that is 1995. Tip color is blue. Length of metal tube is 21.5". Diameter of metal tube is 3/8". Hello, I am purchasing replacements and there is no color on my existing sashes. The weight of the window is 12.5 lbs. I notice that there are two colors. One supports weights of 7-21 lbs and the other 12-22 lbs. Which color is better to use? Thanks for your advice. James

I see in you catalog that you have 21 " and 22". The one I need is 21" 1/2 does it make a difference.

I see no numbers or other markings on the parts. JPG366 shows one of our problems. the plastic part that the metal stub on the window goes into is broken on a couple of the windows.
