S900-28 28" Series 900 Spiral Balance

This is a spiral balance, 3/8' dia, 28"length, looks like yellow tip. The top of the balance had a hole where the screw held it in place. It is the broken part. You can see from the pics that the tube is not a solid pipe but is a coil type tube. What do I need to order?

Need help identifying the type of spiral balance that fits the existing shoe.

I need to order several spiral balances but mine appear to be between sizes posted. From the top of the spiral balance to the end of the tip is 27.5 inches. Several photos attached. I need help with pivot shoe and balance rod ID. Balance rod is 3/8" X 28" long with a blue tip. Pivot shoe is 2 1/8" tall, 15/16" wide and 1/2" thick. Thanks Jihn

Spiral Balance is round with white cover and is 28" long, 3/8" wide and has red tip Pivot shoe is 2" long, 1' wide and 1/2" deep. Will replace mechanism on both sides, just need something that works. Stationary top sash ans pivoting bottom sash.

the window size is 36"w x 27"ht Thats the bottom of the double hung metal part is 28" and is 3/8 thick any help would be great
