S900-28 28" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I have a 3/8" DIA white tip balance that measures 27 3/4". Can I call that 28"?

I recently purchased Balancers for one of My windows and added the shoes. The shoes I received were different than mine.The shoes I received are 1/4 wide and mine are 5/16, same as the My pivot rod channel width. Do I try the 18 or 19"? Solid metal tube until 11.5" and disappears into a metal spiral (tube). 3/8" and Length is 18 1/2". Red tip

I have an 18 lb. window that uses 28" spiral balances that are 3/8 inch thick. The tip looks to be orange, however in this series the only options are red and green. What do you folks recommend in this instance?

Hi, I am looking for the window parts in the pictures below. I need 8 window pivot shoes, they are 2 1/8 " long and 1" wide and 5/8" deep. I have a spiral balance that has a white plastic housing that measures 28 inches in length and 3/8inches round. The spiral completely extended adds another 28 inches to the length. I would like to know the part name to the part that holds the top part of the sash in place, and it has 1 screw only, it is like a cover plate for the sash.

tip color BLUE, not chart

The spiral closer I'm trying to replace doesn't have a color plastic tip. It's 28" long and 3/8" dia.

The whole tube is white and is 28 3/4? long with the spiral pushed inside.

28" spiral balance rod-not including spring. 28 3/4" total length.

I built the home I live in 20 years ago. I would like to find replacement ballast to replace the broken ones. I am attaching photo's of my current ballast. It is 28" long. It spirals out. Any help or info would be greatly apprewciated> Gary
