S900-28 28" Series 900 Spiral Balance

I just ordered some balances Series 600 28" Blue tip and noticed that the diameter is larger that the one on the left in the attached image. Will it still work? Thanks in advance. Curtiss

Need to replace spiral windowl tilt balancer L=28" dia :28" black , pivot lock shoe L2" W 15/16 T 9/16 ( which should fit the better bilt die cast pivot bar 85-698 ) Please advice me. Tnx

Both of the spirals pulled out. The others on the same order worked great. how do I get replacements? You can contact me on my cell if you prefer.

I can't identify the proper tip color. I pulled the sash and here is the info. 28" tube; 3/8" tube diameter; sash weight approximately 25 lbs

i need to replace 4 28" spiral balances but do not see a color tip on the original balances I removed from the window. Which color do I need to order if this is unknown

When the balances were pulled there was no color tip. Please advise.

I spoke with someone in customer care, and he suggested I email pictures of my channel balance. One of the channel balances broke on one side of the tilt window. It is 1/2 in by 1/2 inch and has 28F BSI AR stamped on it. I have attached 4 pictures. I believe the window has been discontinued. ... (cont.)

my balance color looks like red( most of the color tip broke off) going by the weight on your site ,is it ok to use the higher weight from a max of 22 to 24 or 26.

I have 17 year old vinyl Wenco windows with spiral balances. They seem to have orange tips, 3/8" round tube,28" long, single tilt. They weigh approximately 24 lbs. What would be the correct type spiral balance?
