21-404 Bifold Track, 4' Opening

Our contractor accidentally tossed the lower track for our bi-fold doors. Help!

I'm looking for track and the name of the part the bifold door pin sits in. The female portion that sits in the track.

I own several condos in a condo complex that all have metal bi-fold closet doors. Many of the guide rods are missing at the top and bottom. I'd like to replace all the ones that are missing and purchase a few more to keep if anymore should go missing. I'm not sure which rods for either the top or bo ... (cont.)

I am replacing the hardware on my Benchmark metal bifold doors. A couple of questions. I know already that I need one pivot pin (21-002) and three top pivot/guide pin (21-044) per door. First picture is the top track. Second picture is a different bifold closet door to show the bottom tracks installed in other closets in the house. The doors and tracks are probably 40 years old. Rebuilding this set of bi-fold doors and need to ensure I have the correct parts. A Home Depot employee assisted in listing some if not all of the parts needed for the project however also wanted to check whether one of the bifold door kits would work.

I have an old closet with two, bi-fold doors that span 7 feet total. I'm having constant problems and they just don't move very easily.
