I cannot figure out how to release the sash from the balance. Can you provide instructions? I've watched several of your videos, but none apply to this type.

Looking for replacement 8GB stamp on spring

What part is this? Both of the pivot shoes are like this and the window slams shut when you open it? How do you replace. Thank you!

I have included the pictures of the current window balance spring and shoe. I need both the left and right side replacement springs for this window. The spring number is 6JK, so 6 pound springs? Attached is the window size. Thank you, Kevin

I was able to remove the balance with the broken spring. I attached additional photos with measurements of my balance. No manufacturer name on the part. Just a patent number. The number is 5.353.548. Hi, I took out the parts from my window, and they have patent number 5.353.548 on them, which I saw on another post are your parts 15-086 and 15-087. Need a replacement for the spring and/or lock. The metal triangle holds the top of the spring.Channel seems to be 1 or 1-1/4" x 1/2"Spring is 1/2" wide.When spring broke it blew out the pivot stop at the top. Right side of window has a coil system. Window won't open unless I use tilting function, tip window out and then move it and replace tilting lock. Won't stay open on it's own sometimes and doesn't glide smoothly. Makes a cracking sound when I close it. Left side of window seems ok. ... (cont.)

There is a number 9 on the plastic housing. The coil attaches to the white hardware in the picture. The dimensions are on the sketch. The sash weighs 16 lb.
