I can't find the brand of this balancer.

Im looking for the coil balancer, It might come separate or with the window pivot shoe tilt. shown in photo.

Coil springs in no-name vinyl window stopped working; window won't stay up. They are visible ouside of the enclosure on both sides, unlike other working widows in the house. Need a replacment for the sash guide. markings on the piece are: PAT: 5.353.548 on the window guide that the metal rod goes into has the number 2 on it. It is a two part piece. pictures has the measurements but Length- from long point to long point of teeth- 4" width- 2 3/16" depth- 9/16" ... (cont.)

There is a hook where two spring is attached and is under constant tension . The number on these two balance is 6 and 5 on each side of window. I do not see a part # but I found a couple #'s on the broken springs. One shows a 5 the other shows a 6. I am looking for the entire part including the housing and tilt mechanism. Thanx for this site!

I need replacement for this window and I need the little side balancers that let it pivot and up and down (pictured) what is the model of the window?

Window is 43: x 60" Looking to relpace broken spring

I have a window where both coil balances assemblies are broken. One of the mounting brackets are missing and both tilt latches are not functional. The only number I see on the removable coil is JD8 and see PAT 5,353,548.

Need this parts for I can assemble my window. Can't wait to hear back from you guys.

These windows were purchased from Home Depot in about 2012. Window balancer is stacked (refer to picture) each stacked balancer has a 6 printed on it the bottom balancer is longer than the top balancer. Balancer seems to be 2 1/16 wide about 3 7/8 tall.

I cannot figure out how to release the sash from the balance. Can you provide instructions? I've watched several of your videos, but none apply to this type.

I have included the pictures of the current window balance spring and shoe. I need both the left and right side replacement springs for this window. The spring number is 6JK, so 6 pound springs? Attached is the window size. Thank you, Kevin

The window will not stay up. Opened the window and tilted in and on the left side very bottom of the window jam was broken plastic. looked at the right side and is in one piece. Hello, I have not been able to remove this constant balance sash, but hoping you can help me out with a removal tool (I think there is a jamb spreader that might work?) and replacement part numbers. We have a 48x48 window that is very heavy and doesn't stay up. The springs seems to have sprung and no longer hold the window up. Looking for the springs and the pins that hold the window to them.

Hi, I took out the parts from my window, and they have patent number 5.353.548 on them, which I saw on another post are your parts 15-086 and 15-087.
