15-086 Tandem Coil Housing

Need this parts for I can assemble my window. Can't wait to hear back from you guys.

These windows were purchased from Home Depot in about 2012. Window balancer is stacked (refer to picture) each stacked balancer has a 6 printed on it the bottom balancer is longer than the top balancer. Balancer seems to be 2 1/16 wide about 3 7/8 tall.

I cannot figure out how to release the sash from the balance. Can you provide instructions? I've watched several of your videos, but none apply to this type.

I have included the pictures of the current window balance spring and shoe. I need both the left and right side replacement springs for this window. The spring number is 6JK, so 6 pound springs? Attached is the window size. Thank you, Kevin

Need to get 2 of these balances. If there is a comparable one that doesn't have the clip style, if not no worries

We have a 48x48 window that is very heavy and doesn't stay up. The springs seems to have sprung and no longer hold the window up. Looking for the springs and the pins that hold the window to them.

Hi, I took out the parts from my window, and they have patent number 5.353.548 on them, which I saw on another post are your parts 15-086 and 15-087. Have 2 windows where this has come apart from tilt out window. Can it be replaced if broken? What would a good replacement for it be?

Vinyl window will not stay open and makes a loud screeching noise. Any help with which part or parts I need would be appreciated.

Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke.
