I do not see any identifying wording, but I have not been able to remove these parts yet. I was hoping to accomplish the removal and replacement in all one repair session. Yes. I have traco windows installed back in 2004. The one window will not stay up falls and slams right back down. What do I need to replace this. Also my latch's are broken to can you help please. Thank you Craig

Hello, I have attached pics of what I think you need to see. My upper window is in free fall now. The support mechanisms measure approx 5.5" long. The windows are tip in style and dated 2007. Pivot shoe is 9/16. Pivot bar is 2.75 inches

I have American craftsman silver line model, 1200 windows and it looks like the balance spring has broken. Can you help me identify this for the replacement part and how to get it out? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have several windows whose latch has broken. Additionally, the roller track which holds the window in and allows it to slide is also broken. Thanks in advance I was wondering how I'd track this down!

We have Gorell windows. On one lower window, the coil spring on each side seems to have broken. (See photos). It has also slammed down hard a few times causing the right corner to separate. Hello. I see a 7 in dots on the old balances.I am looking at your S140 range. Would this be the correct fit? I need the mounting brackets as well.
