Hi, Last week you guys recognized my obscure pivot bars and sent me replacements. I was astonished. Now, it gets hardest. Turns out the coil balances are also broken on both sides in two windows. Can the attached photos give you a clue as to what I need?Thanks,BG

I need help solving my issue. My springs broke on my Barrington DH7 vinyl window. I think the 180 series matches my model but my previous setup are 10 lbs but yours onlybgo up to 9 lbs. I am skeptical about trying 9s. Would the 161 series also work since it has a 10 lb coil spring option? ... (cont.)

Hi. House was built in 2005 and has original Kinco windows. One window has faulty coil mechanism on one side. Attached are pics of the label and the 'mess' on that one side. This pivot lock shoe has a spring install inside to raise the window and does not remove from shoe, is 1-1/4" wide, 2-3/4" long, without spring tab on top, 4" with the spring tab on top, 9/16" deep, made from Moss windows 6 years ago.

The window size is 27.5''x37.5''. The window is a Traco window and I believe they are out of business. Google got me to here using the Pat.# 5353548. Can you help?

The shoes we ordered, 5# 210 roller-tilt single are 2.584 in long and .846 thick and the ones I need look identical but are 2.278 in long and .549 thick. They are both 1.25 wide. You carry a smaller one to match our Traco.

Window balancing coil for vinyl bathroom window. Balancing coil has a marking of Pat. #5,353,548 and written in blue marker is #4 and also the coil itself has also a marking of 4lbs. See photo. I need two(2) units and please send me an estimate. Thank you.
