Looking to replace two sets of coil balances and one of the pieces that pull back to release the window to lean in.

Was unable to take out of window can you let me know what I need would need both left and right side for 3 sets of windows

Hello, The two lower, and right upper balances are snapped. I believe they broke during cold weather when the window was forced open having frozen condensation from the shower on it. The swivels are fine but I suppose it would be easier to replace the swivel unit with the balance attached vs. ope ... (cont.)

Hi. We need 3" pívot bar replacements for a vinyl window (company Accent Windows, Denver, CO?not in business anymore). The holes are at 1 11/16" and 2 1/2". I hope the attached photos show enough of what you need to see. Thank you for your help.

I've watched your videos however, I don't believe I can remove my windows. Any solutions?

These counter balances look different from what I can find online. Seems to unlock with a tab instead of a screw. Purchased house new, not sure window mfr. No stickers.

My niece has a sash that does not stay up. The windows are about 5 years old. The coil spring appears to have 'escaped' from the 9lb Quick Tilt Balance. Unsure what "series" (i.e 140 series) is needed.

I have Gorell double hung 5305 windows and will be buying your part number 58-182 .187 t-slot weatherseal for all 42 windows. I removed a small window to check the size and now can't get it back in. Any suggestions, hints or videos? I am in my 70's and female. Thanks Judy

I recently had a home inspection, and when the inspector unlocked the window, the top window fell freely- which was quite startling.
