I am in the need for coil balances that are broken. Can you help me with identifying the correct one. It is stamped with 504x. Also I will require the pivot housing part number.ThanksJim

I think that I may have found the replacement parts needed but I want to confirm with a representative. Would the spring be your S180 and the coil housing pivot be the 15-087? Need replacement coil spring balance pivots for Accent Windows installed in mid 1980s in Denver, Colorado. Double hung vinyl windows total width about 35 inches and total height about 51 inches. Hi I am trying to identify the attached spring balance which is a triple. The length of the top sash is 36" and the lower sash is the same. I need balance shoes as above, almost 9/16 (35/64?) x 1 1/4 x 2 7/16. Windows weigh 8 lb, are 19 1/2" and 20 1/2". When I order, I will need 4 shoes; 4 anchors, since I am not sure of the condition of the anchors; and pivot bars if the new balance shoes don't have the same slot as the old shoes. ... (cont.)

THIS PART IS WHERE THE PIVOT BAR ATTACHES TO THE BOTTOM AN THE COILS MAKE THE WINDOW STAY UP. THE PLASTIC CASING BROKE.

I believe that I will need the tandem set up using 15-087 and 15-086. The spring has a stamp of 4Y, is this a 4 lb spring? When I install the the two coil housing, I assume that I hook them together and then pull the spring out and run one on top of the other up to the clip. Thanks you. ... (cont.)

Hello. I have this part in the pictures just break on me on anther window. It is the piece of plastic inside the window track to which the actual window latches onto. I am trying to see if this part is sold separately or if i need a new window track or frame. Thank you

I had a window that would only go up so much ( see pictures), when I titled it out I saw the coil had broke. I have removed the coil, but now need to replace it. Thanks!

Window cannot go up or down. Need to replace window balance. Please let me know the parts I need to replace both sides of the window?s balance. The window measures 35 x 45 (width x height) on the outside frame.
