15-087 Coil Housing Pivot

Hi, need help replacing the constant force spring assembly. The window weight is 30 pounds, so I'm looking at the 15-lb/pd/series-140-quick-tilt-balance which looks totally different from what I have I also need the rounded pivot bar. Is there any parts I need for attaching?

I believe this is called a constant force spring.It is broken in one of my other windows and I need to replace it.

Hi, I attempted to go in and remove the window balance hardware but ran into some issues. Hello, I have a Traco bathroom window from maybe the early 1990's. The spring has broken. Replacement cassettes might not be a bad idea either. The window measures 27 3/8" wide X 20 15/16" high X 1 1/2" thick. Using my bathroom digital scale it weighs 14 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated, ... (cont.)

The old pivot pin rusted into the shoe. I need a left and right assembly. It measures about 9/16" thick.

Some of the spring coil's have failed in the sash lifting modules . They appear to be modules (three on each side of the larger windows). All of the pivot pins have rusted out. Bathroom single-hung window, about 6-8 years old. It appears that the coil on both sides has snapped. I have Traco Power II double hung windows that tilt. The window balances on the upper/outside window broke. A picture is attached. I have 2 questions: 1. Are parts available? 2.
