32E Channel Balance. 32" tall, 9/16" wide, 9/16" deep, sash is about 28 pounds. Trying to find the balance you'd recommend.

I would like to replace the spring balances on some double hung vinyl tilt windows in a mobile home that is about 20 years old. The upper ones are working fine but the lowers new replacing. Looking replacement parts for the attached picture of a window. I'm short, need the parts that attach the spring back to the frame. Enclosed are pictures of the parts and pieces.

I have Patriot windows installed throughout the house. Many of the slide-in tilt latches are coming off (picture attached) and I am trying to find replacement parts for it. Please advice what replacement part I need to replace these.

This is the plastic piece that sits inside of the window that locks into place when the windows are open. The plastic has broken so the window slides down and doesn't remain open. I need the replacement piece

I am trying to replace (8) pivot lock shoes which have a curved C on top that attaches directly to the side of each window spring. I have enclosed (2) photos.

After opening windows to air house out and when lowering them something popped. My handyman dug this part of one but small tip fell off. Can you help?

I need to replace my balance and shoe on my Windows. Pictures are attached of mine. I need tilt 14B and 12B for a kitchen window.
