S795-27 27" Series 795 Channel Balance

Need one for each side of window, just want to make sure I'm getting the correct. Part in picture is taken from another rooms window that is the same make and size as the one needing replacing. Thank you

It's for tilt windows, I see markings of 26-5, TB and BSIN. These balancers have 3 solid sides with a spring on the open side. Hello, I have silver line single hung tilt windows. The t-lock's are made of plastic and keep snapping. My single hung window. On the right side the piece that the spring attaches too broke so the spring won't stay attached anymore. And the string is very loose.
