Need 6 of these. It appears the parts you have attach with a screw rather tan a hook like shown in the picture.

Hello, My balancers window broke, and I am not sure exactly what I need. On the frame only says 27B. Also I need latches for this window.

I placed an order #1500122 which was the wrong order & I will be returning it. I need to know what balance I need to order. My balance says 27C & the T-Lock has #4610108 I do not know if I need an open or closed cam because I do not know the difference. I also have a hook at the end that goes in ... (cont.)

Hello, I need this balance in 27" I'm pretty sure it's the series 795 but instead of the flat part on the top I need one with a hook and the T bar on the bottom.

I need both the channel and the shoe

I need help buying this part in order to hold my window up. 27 inches height

I could not find the same style on line. These are 27" long with a clip at the top. One window had 2-27C and the other window had a 27B & 27C.

Looking for help to replace this window balance. Have not had any luck identifying it or locating parts.

We have purchased from you before. Please see the photos attached. Need your help in identifying these parts. Stamp in frame is 27C ID5 CMC 54 channel length 27" channel width and height is 9/16" Plastic piece 1 7/32" wide, 17/32" deep and 1 1/4" tall. And quote $ for 4 pieces.

I'm looking at the series 795 chart. Is that the correct chart? Sash weighs essentially exactly 30 lbs. That is a dividing line on the 795 chart. I'm assuming that I move up in weight? Channel itself measures 27" in length. Stamp on channel does not seem to match anything on the 795 chart.Looks l ... (cont.)

I need one of these in 27 inch and 2 21 inch. The 21 inch has 21d stamped in it The 27 inch has 27c cj stamped in it

I am looking at ordering your S795-27 F or G and have 2 additional questions: How do I determine if I need an open or closed Cam, and Mine have clips on the top as opposed to the screw. Can I order with the clips already attached to the balance?

This is a part for a window. The window will not stay up because the shoe is broken. Looking for replacement shoe

Do I need to take the balance out of the window or do you need more numbers

This is a tilt window it has a hook at the top that top which inserts in a slot. The bottom has a metal bushing which fits inside a plastic housing with a white plastic guide. The channel has a 27 B stamped on it.

Hello,I need replace the 2 Channel Balance and 4 Pivot Lock Shoe window. The part number that I found from the Channel Balance is 27B BSI 1-1/4 wide shoe. We need the right channel lock assembly 27" 25-30lbs. The pictures attached include the tag off the window and clips from the you tube video showing the one we have; it has a clip on the top to hook into the hole, and the locking nut on the bottom. We need 2 of the right one.
