balances show imprinted number 1130 and 2130 -Harvey window balances?

I am looking for replacement pivot shoes, pivot bars and balances for an earthwise window. The pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/8" tall. The pivot bar is 2-1/2" long. The balance is 12" long. Can you assist me in identifying appropriate replacement parts?

Hi- I need help identifying the correct channel balance for my windows. I thought I needed the Series 751, but as you can see by the photos, mine has a screw hole at the top of my balance and it has a plain channel with only one (not two) sash cords. I am having a little trouble with identifying this spring and shoe - the height of the window in total is about 41 inches - so I am not sure that I need something with a 40 inch travel because of the space at the top ? The part is from a Uniframe vinyl window. I'm guessing the window is about 10 years old. It is on the bottom window.
