I replaced the pivot shoe on my Pennco Tilt window (your video for that was perfect by the way). When reassembling, the string holding the hook from the balance spring broke. I could not fix that. Maintenance super at a property having trouble locating these specific parts. Tilt window balancers 28 inches long screw hole on top of balancer/ eyelet and plastic bushing on bottom end Doesn't use eyelet though it pulls past slot on top of pivot lock shoe and wedges in looking for pivot lock s ... Part number stamped on balance reads (02/3) UNIQUE 27-E-50. It is 28 inches long and .5 inches wide.

Do you have these items if so I would need 12 of them including the swivel piece. I have 6 windows, each one needs two track bars and two swivel pieces. I have added photos because I have no idea what they are called. The bars are 28 inches long

For Florida extruders windows. Also besides the channel I need the vinyl parts to hide the channel the sun has turned them very brittle. Do you have such parts?

Hi...It looks like the first picture has 3000 imprinted on it and the 3rd picture has 2800 imprinted on it. Could you please tell me if the part code S770-28 is the correct item to order and if so what would be correct part option.Thank You,Rob

this is a pennco window The only markings on the balance is 12/2 Unique 27-c-30

Hi, I'm needing to replace two pairs of balancers. One pair measures 26" channel lenghth and the other measures 28". The stamp says 26G and 28G. Also stamped is BMI with TH as in the photo. Thanks. Scott

I need to replace the block and tackle balances on three windows. The channels are 28" long and 3/4" wide. I would also like to replace the plastic piece that the window sits in at the bottom of the balance. The manufacturer is Florida Extruders International

This is for a tilt window. The spring/string mechanism is no longer functional. The shoe is broken. This is a spring with string type mechanism.
