Wrong part
I just sent a question on me ordering the wrong part. I looked everywhere and couldn't find what I thought was the right part. The number on the coil is 10JS. I hope this will help in getting the right parts. Thanks again

Certainteed S170-409
The S170-409 is the closest part I could find on your website. The photo and dimensions match perfectly, however, my springs are stamped 410 vs 409. Actually they are stamped 410 and SK underneath that number. If the 410 is not available perhaps the 409 would work. Thank you

Here is a picture of my coil spring balance on my window. It is a single coil that is 3/4 inch wide. The only number marked on it is 10. Would this indicate a 10 lb spring? Constant Force Balance Coils
Several windows in "new to me" house have windows that do not stay open. It appears the coils could just be replaced, but if it is better to replace all these parts that may make sense. no markings on windows to indicate brand.
