S380-35 35" Series 380 Channel Balance

I need to get 8 of this Channel Balance for 4 Nuair windows. Also I need to see what other parts you stock for the replacement like the plastic spacer that go in the hole in the window edge or top bottom part the Channel Balance locks into to lift the window.

Channel length is 34 inches Stamp reads 3435 Manufacturer is unknown Six (6) balances are needed This home was custom built in 2001.

I'm looking to make sure I get the correct window channel balances. Please let me know as I need to replace as soon as possible.

Requesting 4 Window channels 35" series s380 3440 weight. I need a smaller 7/8" winged balance shoe #15-029 installed instead of the standard 1". Please advise which channel balance would be appropriate as a replacement for one that measures 34.5" for a window sash that weighs 41 lbs. The stamp reads 34DS5 39.
