I need a "balance" for my MI Home Products Series 9500 Double Hung mechanical window. I have attached 2 pictures. One is the broken side and the other is the good side. I assume I need a new one, or can it be re-assembled? Also, does it come with installation instructions? Thanks John ... (cont.)

The coils of the coil balancer are broken in multiple windows. 1 window measures ~17" tall for the sash (1/2 of the window) and 2 other windows that measure ~31" for the sash. On a small window I believe it was a 6. On a larger window it was a 9

I do not know what kind of double pane window I have. There are no identifiers on the window. One of the shoes is broken and the window won't stay open It is a white vinyl window. Any help in identifying the type of shoe I need is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Photos are included. ... (cont.)

This is about 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" wide. There are no markings on the windows or this piece. As far as I can tell, the part that the window hooks in broke or disintegrated. Both the left and right sides need to be replaced.

I have a few windows that have the cracked or broken Pivot shoes on both ends of the jambs. The coil/spring is fine but the plastic shoe is broken. I am not sure the make or model of the windows. Any suggestions? Thanks

The constant balance system in my window is not functioning. The coils seem to be intact. But the plastic has decayed and broken on the shoe. Please help me identify the parts needed to fix the window. Please see attached photos.

There are no numbers, names or markings. The window company couldn't find anything either. I just need one.

Windows about 20 years old, the coils on both sides are broken. No markings anywhere.

There is a number 8 on the coil. What parts do I need to replace? Will need replacement par6s so I can install by Thursday at the latest for a house closing Friday morning. Any help in expediting would be appreciated. Have ordered parts before. Thanks Vic

Hi, I have a window that won't stay open. I took a look and saw that the coils are broken. The shoe looks like to be 15-180 but there is no marking on the coil. The sash size is 33 X 28 and it is weight about 19 lbs. There is one coil on each side. Also, the "S" shaped pivot bar on one side is broke ... (cont.)
