Hello, Jeld-wen customer service referred me to you. I have custom windows made by them and the window handles have began to break. They told me these windows are a discontinued line, and so I would need to find replacement through you. Do you have these? I would need 10 total, for left-handed and 6 ... (cont.)

I need to replace these broken cranks. It appears that only the housing is broken. They will crank the windows open. But not closed unless someone is outside assisting with a little pressure. the handle/crank comes out of the broken housing when cranking them closed. They are American Craftsman mode ... (cont.)

have a casement window thats 2 ft wide and can't tell who the manufacturer is. the operator is a Truth brand, arm attach point on the sash appears to be permanently pinned with no stainless spring clip to keep attached? will need that part as well if replacing operator? thanks, Mike ... (cont.)

Do you have this part? It is a right hand operator and I believe the color is gold and it is kind of a gold / greenish tint color. Part number on the arm is 31850. I bought the house new in 2008 so these are about 10 years old. Do you have / can you get me an exact replacement?

The number is 45251. It's beige I think. The lady at the window store described it as almond. It is a split arm operator. I'm pretty sure it is the "ellipse" version, but I don't know for sure. Thanks, Kevin

we have no idea on the make/model of our casement windows and can find no markers or information in the frames. We have problems closing one of the windows but cannot identify the winding mechanism to start looking for a replacement. THank you

I purchased part 39-315 however, it is not fitting. The distance between my installations holes is 3 1/4"......also, the arm is slightly longer that the one I've purchase, the length of my arm is 5 1/4" Have I purchased the correct part?

Hi Dave, I placed an order back on July 19th. Included in this order were two Sash Dyad Crank, 5" 39-187 and 39-188. I finally was able to get my contractor here to install the new window hardware. We had previously purchased a 39-270 closer for a replacement. You show this closer as discontinued. Do you have another solution to replace this closer so the window can operate. Appreciate any help.

Casement window mfg is Silver Line. 17 yrs old. The hole in window (picture 4)is 3 5/8" wide. The arm when straight out is 8 1/2" from base to mounting hole. The long arm is 5" from joint to hole. Hi, I have some Weather Shield casement windows that were installed around 1990. Two right hand, dual arm operators need to be replaced. It looks like the operators were made by Wright. The casement window has 2 single bar hinges top and bottom Truth # 30746. I cant find it in your search, is it available or is there a replacement part I can use here.
