Casement window mfg is Silver Line. 17 yrs old. The hole in window (picture 4)is 3 5/8" wide. The arm when straight out is 8 1/2" from base to mounting hole. The long arm is 5" from joint to hole. The casement window has 2 single bar hinges top and bottom Truth # 30746. I cant find it in your search, is it available or is there a replacement part I can use here.

As i see the only difference is the right side casements cranks handles are offset to the left(like the pics i sent) and left side handles are offset to the right. Is that correct? I have found a couple of similar ones on your site but the measurements do not match. From the middle of the gear to the connector of the outer metal piece is 5".
