What sash balancer do I need for these windows? Also, I have Anderson Windows #2842, and #2032 that I'm thinking about replacing before they break. Please let me know what part numbers I need.

I need replacement sash balance boxes for 2 Windows The following window. Measurements are 36" wide by 37 " tall double hung. They are original to house with the sash being clad on the outside a wood on the inside Can you please send me the details for witch. Balance is needed

I just wanted to make sure I order the correct sash balance. It looks like this may be an Anderson 823 sash balance that is replaced by an 837 balance that you sell. Before I order 4 of them I just wanted to make sure the 837 is the correct part to replace the ones I have.

My existing are 11600-17, what part # do I order to replace these?

I need to replace a pair of sash balancers on a window. The numbers on the balancer are 11600R-2 and 837K24 04 06. Would that make it a part number 837? Thanks Paul

numbers found on the assy: 11600 17 3.335 455 1160A-3 The window overall size is 36W X 44H non tilt The windows are about 28 years old. Any suggestion what balancer to buy???

the #s on mine are 11600-2 D82 8#31 11-78
