24-837 Andersen Sash Balance, 823, 827, 831, 837

Hi, I'm trying to repair an old Andersen window where the sash balancer has failed. I've removed the balancers. It appears to me the part numbers are 11600-17. The windows is double hung. I figure it's about 25 years old. I also see a number stamped on the balancers: K4

I have a sash balance marked 11600R-2 and BK14-837 697 for an andersen 30310 narrowline window. I need the companion piece to make a pair. Please advise.

This is from a double hung wood window that does not tilt out for cleaning. Has markings on it: 1600R-2 K30 837 11 89 Trying to determine what replacement balance number is needed.

What sash balancer do I need for these windows? Also, I have Anderson Windows #2842, and #2032 that I'm thinking about replacing before they break. Please let me know what part numbers I need.

I just wanted to make sure I order the correct sash balance. It looks like this may be an Anderson 823 sash balance that is replaced by an 837 balance that you sell. Before I order 4 of them I just wanted to make sure the 837 is the correct part to replace the ones I have.

My existing are 11600-17, what part # do I order to replace these?

I need to replace a pair of sash balancers on a window. The numbers on the balancer are 11600R-2 and 837K24 04 06. Would that make it a part number 837? Thanks Paul

numbers found on the assy: 11600 17 3.335 455 1160A-3 The window overall size is 36W X 44H non tilt The windows are about 28 years old. Any suggestion what balancer to buy???
